Day Six:
I love how I am passionate about the people I love, especially my family, traveling and poetry. It’s like having something to live for each day, something that just gets you by. It’s like a line you hold on to for life.

Day Five:
I love that I’m bilingual and know a bit of a third language and can understand a local dialect. I am both fluent in Filipino and English, and can speak a bit of Spanish. Languages are just useful. 🙂
When I’m with you, I’m high
Instead of hiding my face
My mind’s in your eyes
Can your love embrace me as I am?
– Learn You Inside Out, Lifehouse
I know I’m a day late but… I was busy. 😛
Anyway,
Day Four:
I love that I’m good at math. I used to not acknowledge that fact when I was younger because I thought it wasn’t normal, thus why I didn’t take up engineering. At the end of it all, I just realized that it’s not weird, but it’s something special.
Unless it’s mad, passionate, extraordinary love, it’s a waste of your time.
There are too many mediocre things in life; Love shouldn’t be one of them.

Day Three:
I love my skin. Even if I am not fair which is one of the standards of beauty here, I don’t get many pimples and it’s smooth and soft, which very few people in my country have (I’m honestly not bragging).
Before today ends…
Day Two:
I love my lips, not too thick and not too thin. It’s just right, and I don’t have to wear lipstick to make them at least pink.
Short introduction: I’m feeling depressed and heartbroken in more ways than one. I ordered myself to go into retreat but I don’t really have the time because of work. Somebody posted a comment on one of my more depressive posts – an invitation to join her in a 40 day challenge of writing something you love about yourself each day. I decided to give myself a self-imposed retreat, just to clear and get things off my mind. I invite you as well to join us in this 40 day challenge. For more information, go to: http://heartscadence.wordpress.com/40-day-challenge/. I would love to know if you had also taken this challenge, and I want to know what you love about yourself, so go ahead and comment on any of my “Love to be Me” posts stating where I can find your own 40 day Love to be Me challenge.
Day One (cuz I’m excited to start like that):
I love when my hair is wet and the curls are showing and I feel like I can strut around the mall, or anywhere public, like that. I love how it reaches down to my shoulders with rich black curls.
